I’ve always been curious about patterns, whether in people, data or decisions. That curiosity is what pulled me into banking and keeps me excited about the work I do today. I began my journey in Corporate Banking Operations (1LoD) where I worked across client servicing and digital banking. This experience gave me a strong foundation in process, precision and innovation that shaped the way I understand client experiences. Building on that, I moved into Financial Crime Compliance (2LoD) focusing on Risk & Governance within Transaction Monitoring. This role sharpened my attention to risk and detail. Each step prepared me for the next. Today I work as a Finance Business Partner at Barclays focusing on cost, budgeting and forecasting. My role allows me to sit at the intersection of numbers and strategy while partnering with leaders to translate financial insights into clarity and enable decisions that balance ambition with sustainability.
