• Prime Platform:
• Prime platform enables an intermediary to sell all Life Insurance ( Term, Savings) products from 27+ Life Insurance companies. This platform offers features such as Intermediary Onboarding, Quote to Pay, Lead Management, Sales Dashboard, ‘After Sales’ etc.
• Business Impact: 200 Crores of Gross Written Premium annually. Application used by 100+ intermediaries such as IMFs ( Insurance Marketing Firms) and Brokers.
• Bancassurance SAAS:
• This SAAS product enables a bank to distribute insurance seamlessly. The SAAS product comprises 15+ modules such as Propensity, Lead Management, Marketing, Customer 360, Reporting, SP onboarding etc. This product is being used by 11 Scheduled Commercial Banks, Small Finance Banks and Payment Banks of India.
• Business Impact: 5000 Crores worth of Gross Written Premium flows through the platform annually across 11 banks.
• Bimaboss:
• Bimaboss is a POSP(Point of Sale Person) platform for General Insurance (Motor, Health) products. This platform enables a POSP(Point of Sale Person) to sell any general insurance product from 25+ General Insurance Companies. It also offers other ancillary features such as Lead Management, Sales Dashboard, Payment Calculator, Offline Grid upload and Recon module. Currently scaling the system from current 100+ GB of data to >1TB of data, with the introduction of data lake segregation, in order to provide quick data-cuts.
• Business Impact: 800 Crores of Gross Written Premium annually. Application used by 20,000+ POSP agents.

• Warranty Management System:
• WMS system includes Distribution Management System and Customer Relationship Management System. Using these two systems, Zopper scaled up the Sales and Post Sales (Claims, Endorsement, Real Time Allocation, Service Center Integration etc) of the Assurance vertical. Created this system to handle RPM of 35K and during peak load going up to RPM of 50K.
• Business Impact: 350 Crores of Gross Written Premium annually. Application is used by more than 10,000 General trade and Modern Retail outlets.

• CRM:
• This CRM software is the heart of Service delivery at Zopper. It helps in claims management and is integrated with various service centers across the country. I owned the product and successfully developed the complete CRM system. The technologies used are - Python, Django, Mysql.
• The software included apps, dashboards for different stakeholders such as service centers, technicians, call center representatives, and various internal teams of Zopper. This software helped in identifying real time status of claims thereby increasing CSAT and NPS of our service.
• Zopper Wallet:-
• Owned and successfully developed Zopper wallet with cashback functionality. Also spearheaded the development of functionalities in wallet such as recharge through third party payment gateway.
• Sales Tracking:-
• Owned and successfully built the "Field Force Automation Tool" for Zopper which included apps and dashboards for on ground salesforce. Also was responsible for building the "Distributor Management System" for the retail vertical of Zopper.
• Home Assure:-
• Zopper Home Assure is an insurance product for all the appliances in one's house. I worked on different modules of the product, using Django and mysql ,and developed apps and dashboard for service centre franchisee network and inspection surveyors.

• Product Status Indicator System:-
• Owned and successfully developed a scalable status indicator system using Django framewok and Mongodb, . It was a probabilistic model to predict the availability of a certain product in Zopper by extracting availability information from various online portals and nearby offline stores.
• Seller Platform:-
• Worked on managing the information of 25,000 stores and store related information. The various modules I contributed were : Seller Payments, Inventory Management, Seller Commission, Delivery Management System, Automated Price Upload module, Seller Account Management, Access Control system and various configurations. Restful API's were used extensively along with Django framework and mysql database. "Elastic search" was used for indexing in order to retrieve data faster.
• Crawling:-
• Developed a scalable and realtime system to crawl and extract information such as product price, product images and product specifications from 1000+ e-commerce portals using Scrapy Web Framework and mongodb.
• Catlog:-
• Was instrumental in developing the "Catalog" system using flask framework and mysql database. This system was the backbone of Zopper and drove the cataloguing and merchandising functions.

• Maker Checker:-
• Owned and successfully developed "maker checker" for processing of loan applications. It consists of uploading and verifying the required documents and images, CIBIL score calculations and implementation of e-sign for documents. It helped to reduce the time required for loan processing, which is a key performance indicator for all loan disbursal system. I was also involved in "third party integration" project in which detailed physical verification of uploaded documents used to be done.
