• ○ Enable Cart for Grocery Store
• Worked on design & implementation of cart to support grocery marketplace. It included complexities like slotted delivery, selective checkout, pincode based serviceability, busket level offers etc.
• ○ Save for Later
• Built a new "Save for later" basket for enabling user to move items/baskets from cart & save them for later. This was a very important feature with grocery as the user may want to buy normal items but save grocery items for later.
• ○ Data Migration(Mongo to Hbase)
• Worked on migrating the whole cart database to hbase from mongo. This involved designing &
• benchmarking table schemas in hbase & writing python script to migrate the existing data without affecting the live traffic.

• An Onboarding Platform for Amazon Sellers
• Built an onboarding authority service from scratch that provides a list of data & documents that needs to be collected for Amazon sellers base on their risk level & other attributes like business type, place of establishment etc. using a rule engine that has all the compliance rules configured. This project increased the seller onboarding success rate to 90% from 60%.
• Identity Verification Services for Seller Onboarding
• Worked on the whole design from the very scratch on the Identity verification services for seller onboarding in NA to the security certification & prod delivery of the same. Worked on design of multiple verifications (like KYC, TIN check, NEG table check, DPL screening, email verification etc.). Had complete ownership of designing DynamoDB schema & HLD for Email verification & Auto-DPL. Also, I had the ownership of writing Herd workflows for each verification primitive, designing the herd graph & also writing end-to-end integration tests for the workflows. I also worked on the prod set up(setting up EC2 hosts, hostclasses, auto-scaling groups, VIPs, SQS, SNS, dynamodb tables etc.) of the IDV services. Worked on a very high availability tier-1 service as part of this project.
• Paymentch Project in Compliance Data Provider Workflow Service
• Worked on building a data consumer which collects seller attributes like name, address, country etc. from different sources like Paris & Score & sends it to Paymentech via beach continuously as part of a SWF workflow ran through DJS jobs.
• Operational Issues:
• Handling one of the most challenging oncalls in the org as we provide oncall support for FPS, one of the biggest payments services in amazon. Experience on debugging high severity issues involving multiple services & complex architecture.

• IPV6 deployment of ICA Proxy
• Worked on creating IPV6 support of ICA proxy through Access Gateway (AG). This enables IPV6 users to log in to the intranet via AG & launch remote apps or desktops.
• DNS Refactoring of ICA Proxy
• Worked on a DNS design change for the IPV6 model previously employed. This enabled a better & more reliable performance for delivering the apps & desktops to the end user.
• SSL Relay for ICA Proxy
• Worked on the SSL relay feature (connecting to backend servers through SSL as well, required if the backend is not in intranet, possibly in cloud) from AG.
• Customer & Internal issues of ICA Proxy
• Handled all customer & internal ICA proxy issues in AG.
