I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Remote Lawyer, one of India's first virtual law firms that provides full range of legal services in a purely virtual manner. I did my B.A.LL.B(Hons.) from NLU Delhi and my Masters in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore. I received the prestigious Faculty Graduate Scholarship from NUS, Singapore for pursuing my Masters there. I worked with top-tier law firms such as Luthra and Luthra, Trilegal and was the Associate Corporate Counsel with Wipro. The diverse mix of law firm plus in-house work has helped me in honing my skills to address all kinds of situations. I set up Remote Lawyer in 2021, with the intent of creating an affordable and accessible one stop shop for all legal solutions. We at Remote Lawyer offer a full range of legal services including but not limited to, corporate and commercial laws, fintech-related laws, contracts drafting, employment law, IT law, Data privacy, AI related legal issues, Web3.0 related legal issues, compliances and fundraising. I regularly advise early and mid-stage startups from diverse sectors such as Information technology, Fintech, Investments and fundraising, Artificial Intelligence, Food tech, Health tech, Education Technology, Web3.0, electric vehicles, Insurance, advertising and marketing, education financing, NBFCs etc. My domain expertise lies in areas such as Corporate and Commercial Laws, Contracts drafting, Intellectual Property, private equity/fundraising, technology laws, data privacy and employment laws. I also provide regulatory and advisory counsel to many early and mid-stage startups and also to multiple unicorns. Being passionate about startups, I typically provide end-to-end legal counsel to all my clients, ranging from acting as a fractional general counsel to assist them with their day-to-day contracting needs to advising them on varied legal and regulatory issues.
