Project: Pipeline Management for Digital Content Creation which involved automating all the

machines and people in the pipeline. The requirement was to make it a complete tracking and
monitoring tool for everybody in production. As product manager, special care was taken to
make the product scalable and very flexible.
Worked with the Research & development division to develop software to automate the
production tasks in the animation studio. This reduced time which was otherwise wasted in
routine production & pipeline management tasks. Also, created an online information and
resource sharing hub where the entire company could post updates and created content to
keep people updated.
