• Second time dev director for the largest college hackathon in the south.
• Learned a lot from my first year of leading the team.
• We were able to perform major refactoring on our codebase (>10k lines), clean up dead code, and overall improve developer experience.
• Oversaw the creation of new features that were brought into production: dev tools, bug report, nfc point systems.

• Major work:
• Assisted with benchmarking downstream post-processing pipeline that performs trajectory reconciliation and stitching.
• Implemented batch scripts to simultaneously livestream videos (with RTSP) from a collection of 300+ cameras located on the I-24 interstate highway.
• Implemented a transformation module for downstream traffic visualization and analysis.
