About

I am a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Valory, a research and development company at the intersection of cryptography, multi-agent systems, and AI. My mission is to build software that allows web3 organizations to achieve full-stack decentralization, which will enable co-ownership of AI systems that are fair, transparent, and accountable. With over 15 years of experience in computer security, both in academia and industry, I have a strong background in security protocols, blockchain, zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption, multiparty computation, electronic voting, and decentralized governance. I have published multiple papers in top-tier conferences and journals, and contributed to several open-source projects and standards. I have also been an advisor and a board member for several organizations and initiatives in the crypto and digital democracy space. I am passionate about applying cryptography to solve real-world problems and create social impact.
