• Built an orchestration platform for CPaaS from scratch to production.
• Led the design and development of an orchestration platform that enables lender digital campaign system to execute campaigns via multiple CPaaS vendors onboarded on the platform.
• This platform executes 10 Million+ digital campaigns per day over digital channels like SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, Conversational Bot, etc.
• This service reduced the go-live time from 1 week to less than 1 day for any new integration, directly improving the business efficiency.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, architecture, development, quality assurance, and deployment strategy for this project.
• This application reduced the deployment cost, directly reducing the cost to the company.
