• Automated Semantic Extraction: Developed a Data Pipeline which consisted of extracting
• Lane level semantics for a city-scale map. This semantic Information enables Autonomous
• vehicles to make better decisions. This pipeline was developed on airflow and consisted of
• two different jobs. The first one generates neighboring lane semantics and the second one
• generated lane departure semantics.
• Automated Lane Departure Extraction: Developed a UI tool that generates Lane
• Departures (Link between two different lanes) using geometric calculations and extrapolation.
• Automated Traffic Lane Extraction: Developed a UI tool which generates traffic lane using
• other Traffic geometries (Solid/Broken Lines (Yellow and White), Bike Lanes, Road Edges).
• Rest API development: Developed Rest API for semantic data manipulation over MongoDB.

• Monthly Owner Settlement: Refactored the overall logic of monthly owner payment
• calculation per house level. This included the development of an automated system through
• which monthly owner settlement was done at the end of each month.
• Owner Dashboard: Developed an informative owner dashboard on which a house owner
• can see his earnings/expenditures of the houses that he has listed on the portal.
• Owner Payment Disputes: Developed a system where a house owner can raise disputes
• over the monthly payment that has been made for a house.
• Internal Portals: Designed and developed various internal company portals for
• administrative usage like the invoicing page.
• SalesForce Integration: Moved a bunch of workflows from our web app to salesforce like
• house onboarding, tenant move-in, tenant move out, etc.
• Adhaar Based eKYC: Developed a system where a user can complete eKYC using adhaar
• number. This reduced the manual effort in uploading documents which is a part of tenant onboarding workflow.
• Versioning System: Developed a gem that can be used for object-level versioning. It was used to generate pro rata monthly bills.

• This project involved development of a database procedure which computed shortest path using A-Star algorithm for very large networks which cannot be directly loaded into the main memory . The main idea here was to first partition the whole network using a Quad tree approach and when the shortest path is computed these partitions are loaded on demand
