At my role at The TopScout, I've lived thru - process-first thinking, - leadership, the depths of it, and its' expectations - accountability and attributions, - legalities, the fineprints, and all the Cha-Ching management! - technology, the ones that pleases capitalism and the ones that elevate, - decision leverage and a hierarchy-less, human-first culture, - business mechanics, how to earn your buck AND how not to be broken with money, - all things trust building (why should your team bet on you?) and most of all - Advertising (the one that's not too focused on selling, the one that impacts daily lives) Has this vision of creating Social-first, Internet-native cultures that define a Brand's identity. The small branding and advertising actions that revolutionize brand-consumer relationships, make these connections more human. Over the past years, we have worked hard to gain the tag of calling ourselves specialists in influencer marketing, AI Media, brand imagery building, content production, celebrity endorsements, and experiential marketing campaigns. And at the core of my discipline of work OR the work discipline I have, I could safely, optimistically say that it's backed by - an unfaltering bank of ideas, mind-maps and processes, - a backing of curated, robust network of influential resources and communities, combined with my expertise in social engagement and "what moves the internet", - AND a curious human mind wanting to learn. My background as a Software Grad has equips me w/ a great trade of transacting Ideas vs Execution in the age of AI and deep learning. With my leaning towards Business and Creative Mechanics, tech enablement and a foundation knowledge has kept to really optimistic of building Tech For Good someday.
