• Pitched the core idea behind the QBank feature released to users under the name "Schema Topics". Ideated the use cases, planned the creation process, and lead the high churn team involving 55+ doctors(including a team of 8 single-digit NEET PG 2021 rankers) that worked to build the content along with the clinical transformation of QBank and the integration of schema features.
• Coordinated with the product team to ideate on relevant architecture needs, potential future use cases, and user journeys thus ensuring an end-to-end contribution to the successful project outcome. Shared significant inputs on both the backend and frontend UI for the feature. This helped build a solid base for multiple potential envisaged features which were further down in the pipeline.
• Building further on the base of schema topics, lead a high-throughput team of doctors to create high-yield content. Introduced multiple process efficiencies which contributed to a much shorter time need for a significant amount of content creation.
• Took up an ambitious time-lined test series with a special focus on INI-CET

• Worked with high throughput - high churn rate team involving 20+ doctors to create record-breaking high-strike rate tests for the Marrow Test Series. Ensured consistent delivery of high-quality tests even with a rapidly churning team. Initiated multiple optimization pipelines in the test team including progress tracking using Notion to ensure high-efficiency content creation, review, and publishing.
• Highlight Outcome - Took exam pattern changes in-stride and delivered exceptional exam mimicking tests, so much so that the actual first-ever INICET exam was dubbed as Marrow Mock 3, as it resembled the prior 2 mocks put out from Marrow.
• Pitched and iterated the core idea for "visual app usage tracking" which was subsequently implemented in the form of the "Marrowthon" Calendar feature in the app.
• Pitched, and iterated on multiple features on the paradigms of Nudging, Friction reduction, Streak development, and focused Dopamine Triggers. Some of the implemented features as a result of this are: - Solve Next Module, Solve related module, App Rating Pathway Optimisation, Default settings retention in videos etc

• Worked on multiple Grand Tests including creating Marrow's first ever Image Based Grand Test. Created Multiple Grand Tests including the National AIIMS Mocks with the then record for the best-ever strike rate recorded from a single GT.
• Worked on faculty screening, and assessment to help pick the best set of faculty for Marrow's platform. Also functioned as an active part of the core academic review team that shared insights on focus areas and improvement pathways with the faculty to facilitate continued improvement of video content.
• Pitched, iterated, pivoted, and took to fruition the 'Slides' feature in Marrow Videos, which has become an industry standard for video lecture image display in PGMEE preparation space. Apart from the initial pitch for the core idea, I actively contributed to the UI design rationale for both the backend and front-end interfaces.
• Pitched ideas for improvements on multiple backend UI features including new ideas on features for improved tracking, accountability, and visibility.
