Part of Pratilipi’s Growth Team, I was the Single Point of Contact for the website in 12 languages and code owner. Worked on complete revamp of the website from CSR to SSR and worked on a moonshot SEO project. Re-wrote the whole codebase to NuxtJs, tailwindCSS and making it as lightweight as possible. This resulted in an increase of performance from a lighthouse score of 10 to 70. Have worked several features and experiments aiming to increases reads, engagement and most importantly Web to App download funnels.
Worked on Seo for a brief period and increased organic traffic more than 100%, indexing from 800k to 5 million pages, and impressions from 100k to 800k across different languages.
Apart from tech, I got to learn a lot more about product analytics for user behaviour debugging, metrics monitoring and rolling out features for scale.
Apart from this, did several side projects which involved building a B2C website for sales, CMS for internal teams, etc.
