• One of the firsts in India to implement e-bike deliveries in B2B F&V supply chain. This idea of mine had brought down LML cost down by 60% & got myself a “Maverick” award
• Proved own-vehicle model when compared to rental vehicles for e-bikes, through cost-benefit analysis & made ninjacart the then largest single owner of e-bikes fleet in India
• Successfully implemented a ticketing approval system in Last Mile deliveries, for better delivery experience to the customers & improve NPS
• Implemented lean practises & product changes throughout the ranks in the supply chain & successfully reduced category losses & dump to improve bottom-line of overall PnL of the Org

• Started National Procurement for fruits & made fruits category consignment profitable
