I like building things that scale — especially businesses, teams, and systems. Currently, I’m the COO at The Sleep Company, leading our retail, operations, customer experience, assisted sales and after sales. Over the last 2 years, we’ve grown the offline business from ₹50Cr to over ₹600Cr ARR and expanded to 160+ stores across India — from metros to tier 4 towns. In my earlier stint at Rebel Foods, I helped scale the business to ₹1000Cr+ ARR, saw launch of EatSure app, built hyperlocal ecosystem and launched Wendy’s India, and later took over as CEO of the Indonesia business. Earlier in my career, I worked in the auto industry — was amongst the youngest functional head at age of 30, and helped VW India’s training qualification scores go from 95th in the world to top 10 in just one year. My strength lies in getting things done.
