• Launched in October 2021, Govalo is a Shopify app that addresses a distinct need in digital gifting on Shopify. With Govalo, customers can easily send a gift card directly to the recipient with a gift note, including scheduling the gift card for future delivery. Merchants are able to easily track gift card usage, issue trackable gift cards from directly within the Shopify admin, and even issue store credit directly to customers.
