About

I am a Founder, CEO, and Serial Entrepreneur who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and growth. My journey has been about creating value where industries are either stuck in legacy models or where consumer aspirations are racing ahead of what the market offers. I began this journey with Conscent, a company I founded to help media publishers reinvent their digital monetisation. What started as a micropayments idea with a universal wallet and login soon pivoted into something bigger—a full-stack subscription management SaaS with personalisation and automation at its core. Under my leadership, Conscent became the trusted technology partner for some of the most influential media houses, including India Today, Indian Express, Gulf News, Mathrubhumi, Autocar, Nation Media Group, ABP, Amar Ujala, Amar Chitra Katha, Dainik Jagran, The Print, Times Now, Punjab Kesari, and The Hindu. We didn’t just build software; we helped publishers embrace a sustainable, data-driven model—driving subscription growth, optimising digital ad revenue, and delivering actionable user and content insights. I raised and deployed ₹20 crore in seed capital to scale Conscent into India’s first and leading media-tech SaaS company. Beyond the numbers, what I’m most proud of is the resilience and adaptability it took to pivot, rebuild, and keep innovating in an industry not always quick to change. Alongside SaaS, I also pursued a different passion—real estate investing and renovation. What began as a hobby has grown into a full-fledged parallel venture. I acquire older properties, invest in tearing down outdated designs, and reimagine them into modern living spaces for aspirational Indian households. With an uncompromising eye for aesthetics and functionality, these projects deliver both value and lifestyle. Each property is fully owned, renovated at my cost, and then sold as a complete transformation—proving that modern design and commercial success can go hand in hand. What ties these ventures together is a single philosophy: never compromise on quality, vision, or impact. Whether it’s helping publishers harness technology or creating homes that inspire pride of ownership, I believe in building with depth, detail, and long-term value. I see myself not just as a founder, but as a builder of growth engines—across industries, across models, across aspirations. And that is the journey I continue every single day.

Real Estate Investor & Renovator

  • A real estate investor and renovator with a passion for transforming older properties into aspirational modern homes. What began as a hobby has evolved into a deeply fulfilling pursuit—driven by the belief that Indian households deserve living spaces that balance functionality, design, and aesthetics.
  • As aspirations rise and global design influences shape modern lifestyles, I focus on reimagining properties by tearing down outdated layouts and rebuilding them with thoughtful interiors, sometimes even reworking exteriors, to meet the expectations of today’s families. Each project is guided by a simple principle: no compromises on quality or modern amenities.
  • Our model is straightforward yet impactful—we invest in acquiring 2–3 properties at a time, register them in our name, and take on complete renovations at our own cost. From structural redesign to interior finishes, every element is crafted with an eye for detail and long-term value. Once completed, these homes are sold as ready-to-move modern living spaces that reflect sophistication, comfort, and lifestyle aspirations.
  • For me, this isn’t just real estate—it’s about creating homes that inspire pride of ownership and elevate everyday living.

Founder & CEO

Apr 2020Present · 5 yrs 11 mos · New Delhi, Delhi, India · On-site

  • I founded Conscent with the vision of transforming how media companies monetise digital audiences. What began as a micropayments solution—offering a universal wallet and login—quickly evolved into a full-stack subscription management platform with personalisation and automation at its core.
  • Over time, Conscent became the technology backbone for some of the largest media houses, including India Today, Indian Express, Gulf News, Mathrubhumi, Autocar, Nation Media Group, ABP, Amar Ujala, Amar Chitra Katha, Dainik Jagran, The Print, Times Now, Punjab Kesari, and The Hindu. Our platform empowered publishers to unlock new revenue streams through subscription growth, user and content analytics, and digital advertising optimisation.
  • As Founder & CEO, I raised and deployed ₹20 crore in seed capital to build Conscent into India’s first and arguably leading player in the media tech space. Beyond technology, we created a category-defining product that helped traditional and digital-first publishers alike embrace a sustainable, data-driven model for audience monetisation.
  • Building Conscent was more than just scaling SaaS—it was about reshaping an industry long dependent on ads, and proving that intelligent, personalised technology could deliver both stronger revenues and deeper audience engagement.
