• Porter is the leader in India’s $14 billion intra-city logistics market that connects companies with local truckers to provide last-mile delivery. Serving more than 4M customers and impacting the lives of over 200k partner truckers across 14 cities in India.
• Here is what I have been doing there:
• Led the design overhaul of Porter’s customer & Partner app by market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, user research and using a data-driven approach to decision making, while ensuring it burns a lot less energy for the people who have recently started using smartphones and are not tech-savvy.
• Led the design of Porter for Business which will allow businesses to support the team's ground logistics needs and easily manage their vehicle bookings, and save time on reconciliations. With this project, the experience for enterprise customers will become better through network effect via improvement in Fulfillment, ETA and support.
• Conceptualizing and creating Porter Fleet app for enterprise business from the ground, which was running by traditional methods like calls, texts, and paper. This app will open the doors for Porter to go global. Building a bidding model where clients and truck owners can settle for better price and quality, which will also help to push the quality-bar up.
• Led the design overhaul of CRM. Managing and overlooking the design language, user experience, and interaction to build a balanced user and business needs complementing design. Solving a never-ending set of complex problems on CRM, with the goal to exponentially reduce the amount of time required by agents to finish a job, which will lead to more bandwidth, and hence faster growth of the company.

• Worked at Coding NInjas as the only person in the product team, leading and managing the innovation, design, and engineering of new products.
• We worked on revolutionizing tech education in India. We had one of a kind online learning platform. Our platform provided the ability to the students to learn, help and grow as a community as they would do in a real-world classroom. The platform currently serves more than 30K active users, every day.

• Was responsible for creating brand identity of MapleGraph Solutions Pvt. Ltd, which was acquired by Zomato, responsible for creating Zomato Base.
• Innovated and designed Maple DIgiSign, a digital signage solution. Had to simplify the feature-packed UI, so that it could be used by retailers.
• Was responsible for building Maple Mobile POS app, called QueueBuster.
• It was quite challenging to build a POS app, with potential users ranging from 18 years to 70 years of age, with no prior experience of any smart phone.
