• Project Management: Manage special recruitment projects as assigned, such as university recruiting initiatives, diversity hiring programs, or employer branding campaigns.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to optimize recruitment channels and leverage external resources as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as HR, talent acquisition, and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to hiring and onboarding.
