• ● Laying the roadmap and executing the research for refinement of Vehicle Experience (both physical and digital).

• My role involved:

• ● Extracting, defining, comparing and cataloging aspects such as usability, onboarding, accessibility, immersion, etc across each VR experience.

• My role involved:

• ● Providing relevant and actionable insights which would be utilized to refine the product experience.

• The outcomes achieved were as follows:
• ● Created Visual core loop maps of different Gaming apps.
• ● Designed User Journeys, conducted analyses through methods like affinity mapping and content analysis.
• ● Created personas, storyboards, journey maps and empathy maps.
• ● Researched and devised innovative strategies to increase the organic reach of the product.
• ● Managed Influencer Marketing campaigns. Involved in the full cycle consisting of tasks such as searching for Influencers, onboarding Influencers, negotiating commercials, discussing deliverables and execution of the campaign.
• ● Collaborated with emerging brands for Marketing. Consisted of responsibilities such as crafting professional email drafts for official collaborations and creating a brand-specific letter of benefits.
• ● Provided strategic advice on the timeline and structure of the campaign by evaluating past and ongoing campaigns of different brands.
• ● UX Writing: Wrote User-centric content and improved the readability for social media posts, app notifications and In-app banners, keeping the content in alignment with the product strategy.
