• Drove down ~0.5 million infrastructure minutes, saving over 125k USD by driving many teams to migrate and by driving the shutdown/migration of resources.
• Drove CVP and engineering actions based on my analysis of problems customers are facing, as well as our current engineering practices based on interviews I carried out. Post this, average customer satisfaction increased.
• Shipped a bot product in response to feedback, which is now in our production environment. This was later taken to a hackathon and came first in the country.
