• 1. “Beat” - Feedback taking Kiosk App for Customers
• Beat is a web application designed to receive feedback from customers of a business in the form of Surveys. The Beat web application has a browser based front-end tailored to run on tablets, which are setup as Kiosks accessible to customers at a business location. The feedback received from all the kiosks are then processed for insights and regular reports are sent to appropriate business personnel. Beat app is built to be fault tolerant to unreliable Internet connection. Beat is right now in production receiving feedback from multiple kiosks from approximately 200 business locations.
• 2. “Helpify” - Help and Assistance App for Customers
• Helpify is an platform that allows customers of a business to request help and assistance, for a specific product or service of that business. The platform enables resolution of help requests from customers in a time sensitive manner, mostly in a few minutes. The interface to the Helpify platform are 2 Android apps, one customer facing app and one business facing app. The communication is facilitated by the server side API, that connects these 2 apps, and also handles push notifications. Helpify platform offers valuable insights into the business, and thus fits strategically into the rest of the Reunify products offering.
