• 1)Spearheaded a project aimed at quantifying input and output KPIs for sellers to enhance performance visibility. Additionally, developed an automated performance rating metric based on these KPIs and created SOPs for a seamless process.

• 5)Enabled several system-of-records to enhance data accessibility for all members of the Strategy and Operations team. Additionally, facilitate monthly training sessions and Q&A sessions to bolster team effectiveness, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
