Yamini Meshram — Product Manager

Hi there! I’m Yamini Meshram, a B.Tech grad who took a deep dive into app development and somehow surfaced with a passion for project management. Funny how life works! I’ve spent a good amount of time coding with Flutter, but what really gets me going is the challenge of managing people and projects. Right now, I’m a Product Management Intern at Bibli, where I take on whatever’s needed, whether it’s testing, gathering user feedback, analyzing pain points, or leading a client project. I also work with tools like FlutterFlow (a no-code/low-code platform for building apps) and Rowy (a real-time backend management tool), making the most of efficient and modern development practices. Fixing inefficiencies is kind of my thing, I can’t help but spot them! Whether it’s collaborating with people from all over the world during a hackathon or analyzing user data to spot issues, I thrive on bringing people together and making progress. I’m also a bit of a perfectionist (guilty!), but I think it’s worth it to get things right. Plus, I’ve got this natural tendency to make people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, and that’s something I truly value. To take my skills to the next level, I’m pursuing an MBA in Project Management, diving deep into leadership, strategy, and decision-making. On top of that, I’m completing Google’s Project Management course, gaining practical insights and hands-on experience with the best practices in the industry.
