My background spans Product Management, Product Marketing and Growth, giving me a strong lens for building products that don’t just ship, but succeed in the market. 🏗️ Product & Industry Experience I currently serve as Lead Product Manager & Product Marketing Manager at Mopel Consults, where I work with tech startups and businesses across Real Estate, HealthTech, FinTech, E-commerce, EdTech, Environmental, and Automobile sectors. My work includes product ideation, refinement, delivery, growth strategy, and brand optimization, often in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments. I bring a systems-thinking mindset shaped by both startup execution and structured product learning, including participation in the McKinsey Product Academy, Product School, Product Hub Africa and Tech4Dev. 🏠 Early Career & Leadership Foundation Before transitioning fully into tech, I built my career in Real Estate, progressing from Associate to Mid-Management within five years. During this time, I managed a portfolio of 150+ clients and trained 500+ realtors, developing strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills that continue to influence how I build products today. 👩🏽‍💻 Coaching, Mentorship & Community Alongside my product work, I’m passionate about growing the next generation of product leaders. In November 2023, I founded PM Women’s Hub, a community created to help women in product connect, collaborate, and thrive. I also mentor aspiring and entry-level PMs (male & female) through Poduct Bosslady Academy with a structured 6-months mentorship program.
