Founder of PropAtEase | Property Management Professional | Entrepreneur | Traveler I’m the founder of PropAtEase, a property management company in Bengaluru city that manages over 100,000+sqft of space. We manage a diverse range of properties, from industries and warehouses to residential properties. What began as a small venture post-graduation has grown into a full-fledged business offering not only property management but also services like painting, waterproofing, polishing, and even property rentals. By keeping most services in-house, we ensure quality and cost efficiency for our clients. Starting this company from scratch with no prior business experience, I had to learn everything firsthand—from business registration, taxation to customer service, marketing, vendor management, and scaling operations. Over time, I’ve developed strong skills in operations, networking, problem-solving an more. Today, I’m focused on continuing to serve our existing clients while exploring new opportunities, particularly in the hospitality or ecommerce sectors. Before starting PropAtEase, I graduated 1st class with distinction from RV College of Engineering with a degree in Industrial Engineering. During my time there, held leadership roles as President of the Industrial Engineering Association, Secretary of the IEEE Student Branch and Student Placement Coordinator honing my ability to manage teams, execute projects, and communicate effectively. One of my greatest passions outside of work is travel. Last year, I’ve explored 8 countries, including North, Central, and South America, as well as Southeast Asia. Through these journeys, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for cultures around the world, the journey has helped me grow as an individual—whether it was learning basics of Spanish to get by in Latin American countries or cooking my own meals while on the road. Travel has taught me invaluable life lessons, from how to step out of my comfort zone and thrive in unfamiliar environments, to building meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds. I am always looking for new opportunities—whether that’s finding new clients for PropAtEase, partnering with others for innovative business ventures, or hiring experienced property managers to join my team.
