• As a Principal Software Engineer at Ola, I spearheaded the development of Krutrim Assistant, an AI chatbot supporting 10 Indian languages. I focused on connecting different LLMs based on use cases to enhance user experience and cultural relevance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I optimized chatbot performance and scalability, leading to improved response time and accuracy.
