• Open Source: Contributed to Angular-VS-Repeat library.
• Performance Improvement: Made multiple improvements to “Application Load Time”(400ms) and “Activity App load time”(~35%) and contributed 50+ perf improvement ideas.
• Delivered New Product: Implemented Activity Feeds, Toasts and Settings for a new Teams client for non-enterprise customers called as “Teams For Life” which now has multi-million MAU.
• Fixed Hard Problems: Researched and innovated a solution to resolve a long-standing problem with “Microsoft Teams” related to browser background throttling of timers in JS without any impact on battery backup.

• UI Architect for Amazon Lockers - Amazon Mobile Shopping App:
• I was responsible for research and development of a new custom framework(Emergence UI Workflow Engine) to write cross platform, Theme-able, configurable and reusable workflows that would work on Web browser, IOS and Android. This framework was used to develop Amazon Lockers application inside Amazon Mobile Shopping App.
• The same framework was used to develop other apps as well. I also worked on creating multiple primary workflows for Amazon Lockers app.
• UI Architect for Voice Interface - Amazon Lockers(Accessibility): [Helen Keller Achievement Award]
• I was responsible for research and development of Voice UI custom framework. This cut down the development by half and well as made the workflows much more maintainable.
• I also created a “Layout Engine” for voice using a technology called Pausables(which I also created) that lets you arrange speech in different ways and also allow them to add gaps/pauses in between or repeat a sequence. We were able to create highly complex speech patterns with it. This engine also gives the user the ability to pause/stop or play the created sequence in between at any time.
• Created tooling for the Voice UI framework called State Visualizer to track the state
• transitions and its cause.
• Amazon Innovation award winner as well as 2 times Amazon customer champion award winner.
