• Over the duration of my internship I worked for:-
• 1) The conduction of Guru Meetings among BDEs in this-
• Made posters to encourage the employees(BDEs) by using CANVA.
• Noted down their weekly performance in Excel.
• Made a final ppt presentation containing the pictures of almost all the BDEs who had conducted Guru Meetings.
• 2) Competency Assessment Grid- BDO/BDE-
• Researched the topics given under this assessment.
• Thought and wrote the case studies and activities that could be done for teaching these topics to BDEs so that it can help in bridging the gap skills.
• 3) N-idea Project-
• Helped in making the presentation for North Zone.
• Attended the meetings, and got the opportunity to understand the projects with employees across the other branches.
• Validating the final content for JBP done under N-idea for distribution of the diary.
• 4) WTS APP-
• Helped in translating the Hindi text script of the WTS app and finalizing it.
• Also worked for sales representative India script- OST
• Cross-verification of the audio made on the basis of the Hindi script.
• Made ppt presentations for showing Sales Rep. appearing for final assessment or
• launch of the app with Cake Cutting.
• Made Google forms of the assessments for evaluation purposes.
