3. Accelerated builds with CMake per-subtree targets and Docker; kept CI stable on GitHub-hosted runners.
4. Added rigorous Boost.UT coverage and authored a concise GR3→GR4 porting outline; opened and maintained upstream PRs.

3. Ran multi-chain production infra: redundant RPC/providers, automated testnet→mainnet deployments, contract registry/versioning, and event/tx failure observability.
4. Scaled platform to ~7,000 concurrent users at peak while maintaining throughput and reliability.
5. Raised Pre-Seed funding; grew the team to 12 and instituted engineering standards (code review, release gating, on-call).
