I work with leaders in Technology, Risk and Operations to: • prioritise AI use cases that matter (value + feasibility + risk) • design the operating model and governance that keeps delivery moving • integrate AI into real workflows (process, data, security, adoption) My background combines design thinking and systems thinking with hands-on delivery of People, Process and Digital transformation across financial services, technology, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Recent focus: responsible AI at scale — setting clear accountability, controls, and ways of working so teams can adopt AI confidently and sustainably (not just run pilots). If you’re trying to answer “which AI bets should we place, how do we govern them, and how do we make them stick?” I’m happy to compare notes.
