As a Production Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, I have developed a wide range of skills in managing daily production plans, leading a team to achieve set goals, and ensuring high standards of quality. I am currently serving as a Production Engineer at Hidayath group in Dubai, UAE since August 2021. In this role, I am responsible for achieving daily production plans and reviewing setup approval reports for all setups/changeovers. My role involved reviewing material processing paperwork, overseeing the retrieval and staging of materials for the Cut to length (CTL) process, and ensuring on-time delivery to the internal customer. I also played a key role in conducting audits and reviewing 5S with my team daily. Throughout my career, I have gained proficiency in a variety of tools and techniques including 7 QC tools, 8D & 5whys, Poke-yoke, PPAP, Control plan, and CAPA. I have also been involved in identifying in-process rejections/re-work and implementing digital poke-yoke with my team. In addition, I have a strong track record of engaging employees to motivate and support them in achieving the organization's mission. Overall, my experience as a Production Engineer has enabled me to develop strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
