I am passionate about finding and attracting the best talent for battery tech roles, using my expertise in screening, bulk hiring, and PAN India hiring. I have 6+ years of work experience in HR, in R&D, Battery, Tech and in non-IT hiring. I started my career as a TM-Human Resources, where I managed the entire Tech & Non-tech hiring, internship program, campus recruitment, offer negotiations, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. I then joined as a technical recruiter at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where I handled end-to-end recruitment, documentation, and interview drives. I also completed an online course in Advanced Level Psychology and an MDP on Payroll Administration to enhance my skills and knowledge in HR. I hold an MBA degree in Human Resource from Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of HR management, policy framing, and organizational behavior.
