• Working on the New Gen GCP API platform Apigee X + Apigee Hybrid.
• Owned implementation of Kubernetes CRD and Custom controller to manage complete lifecycle of cassandra including rolling out new release, vertical and horizontal scaling, dynamic provisioning of new datacenter and removing any existing datacenter.
• Currently working on auto vertical scaling of cassandra to scale up the Cassandra clusters to reduce read and write latency during traffic spikes and reduce cost by scaling down clusters having under utilised capacity.

• Deployed Timescaledb(based on postgres) into production which stores tracking data for trucks with replication, continuous backup and archiving.
• Part of team which migrated existing application built using Java and MongoDB for tracking trucks to Golang and Timescaledb reducing the server requirements by 50%.
• Migrated existing workflows to use new normalized structure in timescaledb from existing denormalized data in MongoDB
• Optimized Timescaledb to reduce the 99th percentile response time from 1.5 sec to .5 s for getting last 1 day tracking data for a truck.
• Created ansible playbook for deployment of Timescaledb to production including replication.

• As a part of core team, I was involved in deciding the tech architecture, framework and technologies for building a highly scalable product under mentorship of Senior Software Architect. I developed session service which is used by other microservices to store data in redis and contributed with the team in job service. I was responsible for setting up the infrastructure for deployment of services using docker and kubernetes on aws using kops.
