• Advertising Domain Application:- Client is a premier media sales and marketing organization, servicing its wide array of television station clients, digital publishers, advertiser and advertising agency customers across the United States. Client is one of the top national TV rep company with approximately $3 billion in combined annual billing.
• Role:- My role in the project was of a Business Analyst and Scrum master. Major role included maintenance of Jira, interaction with the client, coming up with the requirement analysis documents, interacting with the UX team to get the UX done, interacting with the Development team to get the requirement implemented and basic testing of the application to make sure the application is as per the requirements. As a scrum master my role was to convert the requirements into user stories/tasks, assign tasks to developer team and maintain Jira for the agile project. Role also included demoing the application on a weekly basis to the client. Major challenge was handling a team of 26.

• Freezer Application:- A desktop embedded application designed in Qt/Qml, prepared for a freezer which reads the various temperatures from the embedded system and displays in a rich UI format.
• Role: My role was to create a threaded database structure that interacts with the hardware and provides it to user interface. I worked independently for remote communication with a server with the help of TCP/IP communication. I was Involved in other backend activities dealing with server operations with the help of http rest API’s. I also performed internationalization for the application with support for 7 languages.
• I designed Statement of Work for various projects for the client and successfully lead a team to deliver the products on timely basis.
