• 2.1 Learner/User experience i.e. NPS (Net Promoter Score) from 50 to 57 in 6 months.
• 2.2 Learner engagement and certification i.e. increased % of job-ready learners from 14% to 20% in around 8 months.
• 2.3 Optimising the cost of delivery by 38% using the levers of batch merging and reducing TA help requests raised.
• 2.4 Learner retention i.e. reducing the refund % from 19% to 11% in 6 months.
• 3. Managing the DSA Track, ensuring a high-quality learner experience by designing DSA topics pedagogy for different persona of learners.
