About

Great product design doesn’t just look good, it makes life better. It solves real problems, meets real needs, and moves us towards a future we actually want to live in. That’s what I do. As founder of Realise, I help businesses develop products that matter, the kind that people care about because they improve lives and contribute to a more sustainable future. The world’s first flexible, folding, multi-impact cycle helmet is one example, designed not just to be innovative but to make cycling safer and more accessible. Businesses face big challenges in bringing new products to market, whether it’s identifying opportunities, balancing sustainability with commercial success, or navigating the risks of new product development. I work with companies to solve these challenges, helping them refine ideas, plan strategically, and take products from concept to launch. Having led a design business through two recessions, I understand what it takes to build resilience while delivering exceptional results. I’ve helped clients strategically plan new products, identify market opportunities, and prepare for funding rounds, ensuring they make informed decisions and develop products that succeed. With a background in naval architecture and hands-on experience designing with composite materials, I bring expertise in marine product design and understand the technical demands of high-performance environments. Whether designing for land or sea, I focus on delivering innovative, sustainable, and commercially smart solutions. Building a brand that lasts starts with creating something that truly matters. That’s the focus of my work. Let’s talk.
