About

Over the course of my career, I have designed products that are highly intentional, built with great care for quality, and respect for users. I believe a designer's primary job is to develop strong intuition about users and blend it with good taste to craft something that they can be really proud of. Rather than simply moving KPIs, I focus on generating positive emotional responses from users that reflect the thought and care invested in each decision. Currently, I lead the design team at ThoughtSpot and focus on helping team members do their best work. I've been fortunate to hire and mentor amazing designers across different countries and cultures, and I take pride in seeing them grow as leaders. I love spending time reviewing work to ensure it stays true to our team vision, resulting in an experience that feels cohesive—as if it came from a single mind. I also enjoy partnering with Product Management and Engineering leadership to shape the future of our products. I'm always open to mentoring and chatting with fellow designers.
