• Part of the Service Discovery Storage team, processing 55M+ real-time syslog events using Apache Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Designed and implemented scalable, high-performance pipelines to handle massive log volumes without downtime.
• 3️⃣ Cisco Customer Experience (CX Cloud) – Customer Onboarding & Access Control
• Worked on Assets & Control Point modules for customer onboarding, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Streamlined onboarding workflows, reducing friction for customers.
• Achieved 1.8× growth in customer onboarding rates by making the process faster and more intuitive.
• 4️⃣ Cisco Data Lake – Centralized Data Platform
• Built a unified data storage platform for all major Cisco applications (Webex, Duo, Intersight, etc.).
• Created multiple ingestion pipelines from scratch, storing both raw and processed datasets for analytics and downstream processing.
• Optimized performance by reducing data ingestion time from 1 hour 30 minutes to just 32 minutes for 150+ Intersight APIs—one of the most critical improvements in the system’s history.

• Stepped into a challenging role with the Tata HPE client to help them make sense of massive volumes of device logs. My task was to build a log analytics platform that could process data and generate CPU and Memory Utilization reports using JSP.
• This wasn’t just about generating reports—it was about understanding device behavior at scale. By identifying patterns in performance data, the platform gave the client clear visibility into when and how to scale their infrastructure.
• The results were game-changing:
• The platform empowered the business to scale efficiently, supporting 2.8× more customers after adoption.
