Shivam Chaturvedi — Software Engineer

As a highly motivated computer science student with a passion for programming, I am excited to take the next step in my career by joining a dynamic team focused on innovation and growth. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, I have gained expertise in various programming languages including C++, JavaScript, SQL, JAVA, HTML, and CSS. Additionally, I have acquired experience in frameworks such as Scikit, Flutter, ReactJS, NodeJS, and LAMP, and am proficient in tools such as GIT, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite. Furthermore, I have hands-on experience in working with platforms such as Linux, Web, Windows, and AWS. In my most recent experience as a summer intern at Learn and Build Remote, I collaborated with a team of over 15 developers to design and develop a new feature for the company’s flagship software product. Additionally, I assisted with research projects, developed and implemented C/C++ code to improve application performance, debugged and resolved critical issues, and conducted code reviews. I have also worked on various projects, including an E-bay Clone featuring a web app that displays used products from college students, a food delivery app enabling users to order their favorite meals easily, and a dynamic TODO list helping users to manage daily tasks more efficiently. These projects have helped me gain experience in using technologies such as Flutter, NodeJS, MongoDb, Firebase, and JavaScript, and have given me the opportunity to hone my skills in UI/UX design and database management. Outside of academics, I have excelled in various extracurricular activities, serving as the Vice-Captain of the college volleyball team, and as a member of the Guru Gobind Singh University volleyball team that reached the quarter-final stage at Inter-University Sports Fest. Furthermore, I reached the pre-elimination round of Snackdown 2021 coding competition organized by Codechef. As a lifelong learner, I am committed to enhancing my knowledge and skills through online courses and certifications. I have completed Foundation of Data Analytics by Coursera and Free Code Camp web designing certificate. My technical expertise, coupled with my leadership, teamwork, and competitive spirit, make me an ideal candidate for roles in software development, project management, and related fields. I am eager to bring my skills and experience to contribute to the growth and success of an organization.
