• Heading the designing and co-ordination of two IT/ITES SEZ (Commercial office) projects in Gurgaon. One project is 24.8 Acres and other is 27.6 Acres.

• Defined and evolved process for drawings and documentation management and its circulation to the relevant departments and site. Working on Aconex, a globally used online solution for project information and process management.
• Working on designing and execution of signage for 5 assets of the company. Got the design and mockup done for the signage, now execution is in process.
• Worked on Interior fit-outs of office spaces ranging from 200 Thousand sqft to 50 Thousand Sqft.
• Has worked with the statutory/approval authorities (Haryana) for re-sanction of both the project and getting the OC (Occupational Certificate) for 8 towers.
• Working with operations team for anchor clients in the projects (Like- Accenture, Aricent, UHG, Fidelity etc.) . Doing asset up-gradation on campus external developments, building façade, interiors and new designing of signage for 4 campuses in NCR.
• Working with branding consultant for the 5 assets of the company for architectural and design inputs.
• Working with senior management on acquiring of new commercial properties in India. Has worked on due diligences and area functioning for Hiranandani Greens, Powai, Mumbai & Equinox, BKC, Mumbai.

• Working on two Villa cum Resort development on 250Acre and 150 Acre. For first one I did Villa planning, Resort Planning, and Coordination with services people and site development. For second project I did the site planning and villas from scratch, Conceptualize, designed and detailed it.
