• Project Context: Built a single Content platform for the entire CO to author and publish content. It supports various new features like Rich Text, Versioning, permissions,experimentation, authoring content and other features.
• Collaborated across teams and roles and implemented a generic content editor to enable Rich text and Image support in help articles by integrating with backend services like onstar and UCS.
• Worked with Help.uber.com team [previous owner of bliss flow, based out of SF, NY] in Q2 of 2020 to understand the project, discussing architectures.
• Worked with a web platform team to solve a bug which was blocked for us to release. Done lots of 1:1 to understand them and live debugging what caused the issues in monorepo.
• Authored the ERD for versioning in UI.
• Rewrite the whole bliss flow app in bliss content with all feature parity in the span of 1 year, Enabled LOB’s like Business, freight, Postmates.
• Continuously collaborated with Stakeholders like Simone Ryen , Roxy to take feedback on the dashboard and focus on improving.
• Impact:
• Improve CSAT , reduce contact rate by ~4.5BPS , nearly saving ~3.5k person hours.
• Reduced 3rd party licensing cost (zendesk, wordpress etc) by ~$1.5M
• ~96.3% of people get the right permissions by role and regions.
