After spending 12+ years leading talent acquisition across APAC at global technology companies including Adobe, Ericsson, Cloudera, and Cradlepoint, I saw a persistent and costly problem: most recruiting agencies still operate on Excel, WhatsApp, email, and fragmented tools, resulting in poor productivity, weak tracking, and revenue leakage. I previously helped build the Cradlepoint India R&D center from 0 to 150+ employees, leading large-scale hiring across geographies and seniority levels. That hands-on exposure to recruitment operations at scale directly shaped the problem VantaHire is solving today. VantaHire ATS is designed as an India-first, agency-first recruitment operating system—combining job management, candidate pipelines, WhatsApp-native workflows, and AI-powered recruiter productivity tools in a single, affordable platform. Our focus is on simplicity, speed, and accessibility for recruitment MSMEs that are underserved by complex, expensive enterprise ATS solutions.
