• As a senior engineer in the CRM team at Navi, I'm working on the development of the in-house CRM product for CX team's customer chat and VKYC needs. I built an intuitive node-based UI portal for chat bot configuration and developed multiple products from scratch, including the Home Loan ticket management system and Builder dashboard. By implementing server-side rendering, I enhanced SEO and performance on the consumer website.
• My role encompassed various tech improvements such as route-based chunking, assets compression, Docker and Nginx-based app infrastructure configuration, Webpack upgrades, and developer tooling enhancements with ESLint, Prettier, Husky git hooks, and Vite. Additionally, I contributed to hiring efforts and revamped the interview process. Through mentoring, PR reviews, and comprehensive tech documentation, I instilled best engineering practices within the team.
