• End-to-end recruitment process entailing CV sourcing, short listing, and interview line up, salary negotiations within the budget allocated, generating candidate offers and appointment letters, managing weekly recruitment reports.
• Excellent exposure in hiring through social networking, Industry mapping and references & head hunting, Using Social Networking Portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Monster to Identify, Source and Connect with Potential Candidates.
• Client management and interact with clients for understanding the (job requirements and status. Have independently oversee & managed large recruitment targets and hiring IT professionals.
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to identify each position’s requirements.
• Working on Contract to Hire, and Permanent Position.
• Managing an initial round of interviews and regular follow-up till closures.
• Developing a network of Potential Candidates and Industry Professionals.
• Short-listing candidates as per the skill specifications and matrix given by Line Manager.
• Follow up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
• Manage all escalations related to critical issues and take essential steps for their timely remediation.
• Logging Candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other Internal Databases.
