I am currently working on the Field Service product offered by Salesforce. Some of my major contributions include:
1. Data Capture is a Salesforce Field Service solution to create dynamic, responsive forms. It can be used to build forms that use conditional logic to simplify the mobile experience. Data Capture forms respond to mobile users’ input, deliver focused questions, and reduce task completion time.
Worked on this project for ~3 months and led an entire feature epic independently
Completed the integration of Data Capture forms with Document Builder, such that we could use Document Builder capabilities, allowing the user to directly generate PDFs of the completed Data Capture form from their mobile device
2. Working on a brand new project that uses AI from Agentforce to ease the lives of Field Service customers.

1. Document Builder is an important and highly used product by Field Service customers to create richly formatted and branded PDF service documents for their business needs.
Added high-demand features such as Embedded Expressions in Rich Text, Page Break component
Became an expert in monitoring service by handling several time-sensitive issues that caused availability drops and fixing them
Took an initiative to fix our triggers and alerting system, such that engineers don't miss out on actual issues, and gave a presentation about it across the org
Jumped on customer issues to unblock them; Fixed several bugs and gaps to improve product reliability
2. Briefcase Builder can create a briefcase, a set of rules and filters that select records to prime for offline use, which enables the customer's mobile workforce to access information seamlessly while they’re offline.
Worked in this team for ~3 months and delivered a new feature that allowed users to assign briefcases via profiles in Salesforce
Implemented support for adding a Not Equals operator and solely undertook the responsibility to teach myself and do performance testing for it
