He was the COO at Simply Wall St (Fintech), as it hit an inflection point setting up the right foundations for it to accelerate and grow. Prior to all of this, he had his own startup, which lay the groundwork to win in scaling startups. He has also been an investor and mentor in Startmate, ANZ's premiere accelerator and has had the opportunity to consult and advise many startups as they navigate their way to success. His experience includes, identifying early product market fit, productisation, helping founder teams crystallise their vision, scaling finance capability, building world class talent acquisition and human capital teams and ensuring leadership teams are set up to excel.
