• Currently working on expanding ShipToStore experience to different countries and categories in Amazon. The program allows customers to add services to an eligible physical product in their cart, which is then shipped to a service provider location to be serviced(installed/assembled).
• Designed and developed Public Services API which enables service provider partners to easily integrate their systems with Amazon. It reduces investment friction and operational burdens associated with keeping their resource availability up-to-date between Amazon and their internal systems. The REST APIs were built on ARest framework, EC2 using Route 53.
• Designed and launched the capability to auto-generate automotive landing pages targeting opportunity keywords to bring missing automotive traffic to Amazon. Developed a generic system which can automatically generate thousands of landing pages pertaining to customer’s fitment related queries along with improving the discovery and ranking of these pages.

• Built a centralised system to manage the way products are created, purchased and consumed in 99acres. It involved building various web services for managing different components of product lifecycle.
• Designed a generic auditing and logging framework which can be easily plugged in for maintaining history and auditing any changes made to the data at DAO layer. Framework has been made hookable by using custom annotations and AOP.
• Developed a Generic Editor form which creates dynamic forms on the go where user just needs to add a control file defining UX elements and a form is created with given fields having various options like add, delete, save, filter etc.

• Built REST APIs for managing all Locality/City data in single place. Limits every access to location data through single data access point with faster reads. Project included consistent enforcement of business logic, like interpretation of Nearby Localities, generic logic for exception handling and changing of backend database from Mysql to Mongo. Wrote client side SDK in PHP for the same.
• Improved front end performance of Property Detail Page. Took various steps to reduce the page load time by 40% and page rendering time by 50%. Also cleaned up the back end of the page, removing unnecessary queries on the page which reduced the server processing time by 50%.
• Took initiative to set up Selenium on system and made necessary changes to the scripts to automate testing of the branch where the code was set up.
• Implemented Web Server Caching of Property Detail (PD) Page using Varnish as POC. Static Content for the page was served from Nginx and dynamic content was served from varnish for request url’s matching that of PD page. Cases for cookies and user specific data were also handled.

• Responsible for monitoring live site via New Relic and keeping an eye on critical issues and reporting them as and when they come.
