• Building and scaling Orion, our primary face-based fraud detection platform. I guided the architecture and launch into new markets (India, ASEAN, Africa) and new use cases, including identity verification for clients like Rapido and Swiggy.
• Creating Thomas, a resilient API orchestrator that served as the backbone for managing external vendors. I championed this project to improve uptime and provide a no-code workflow engine for internal teams, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Transforming a custom project into a core product. I managed the team responsible for the MasterDB face recognition stack for a key client, and then led the strategic initiative to spin it off into Orion, our reusable, general-purpose recognition service.
