The project focused on improving the performance of Manthan, a data-driven approach for Skolem function synthesis.
The Skolem function synthesis problem is to synthesize a functional relation between given boolean input and output variables from their relational specification. This synthesis results in each output variable as a function of the input variables, satisfying the given specification.
Manthan views this synthesis problem as a classification problem, uses constraint sampling for data generation and applies automated reasoning for the refinement of the learnt function. In this project, we built a tightly coupled engineering system for the Manthan by improving the model learning process through experimentation.
