• Techniche is one of India's Largest Techno-Management Festivals & a Non-Profit Organization. Entirely managed by students of IIT Guwahati, it has a three-tier team structure. The oragizing team consists of 220 determined members, the core team consists of nearly 80 members and 11 Heads under the guidance of Technical Board, IIT Guwahati.
• Techniche's mission is to promote the development and honing of scientific and entrepreneurial skills in the academia, being socially responsible at the same time.
• The most elegant modules of Techniche include :
• Technothlon - the international school championship with the participation of over 2.5 lakh students of class 9-12th.
• Lecture Series - keynote lectures from leading visionaries across the globe like Nobel Laureates, eminent scientists and business tycoons
• Industrial Conclave - a networking event to learn corporate mantras
• TechExpo - the national level school exhibition
• Escalade - the national level robotics championship with more than 12 participating cities
• Pro-nites - technical and cultural performances by leading artists like Coke Studio and Animation Crew
• Exhibitions - A showcase of advanced technology by leading companies and groups like Indian Army and Indian Railways
• TechOlympics - the engineering competitions involving circuits, chemical reactions and much more
